Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The practice is to report the issue to us within three days after you receive delivery at our, discretion a 15% restocking fee may be applied to your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by filling out the contact form on our site, using your account, or sending an email to custsvc@beautiemporium.com. If the return is approved, we will create a RMA form and send it to you to include with the returned item. We will also issue you a return label for sending the product back to us via UPS. All returns should be sent to the following address: 1850 Chestnut Pl #305 Denver, CO 80202. This information will also be provided to you in the return authorization email.
Damages and issues
Claim for damaged products should be reported immediately and are normally handled by an exchange for the same product. If we should be out of stock for your item, we will issue store credit. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within three working days). You will need to send us photos and/or video of the damage to receive credit. In most cases, you will not return damaged goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Wigs, weave bundless, and hair extensions are not returnable.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Some cosmetics can be returned
Lastly, if you purchased an item that was on sale and need to return or request a refund, we will only exchange the item for an exact replacement of the item. If we determine that a refund will be granted, the refunded amount will be equal to the sale price at the time of sale. Any item purchased that was marked as a clearance item will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure that we process all customers’ returns/exchanges request quickly, you will need to return the purchased item with proof of purchase attached. We will inspect the item when it’s received and decide if the return/exchange is accepted. We will communicate regularly and If we accept the item for refund, we will process your refund immediately. If you desire to exchange the item, the replacement will be shipped to you the next business day.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that due to bank processing, it could take up to 10 business days to post back into account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you haven’t received to your account please contact us at custsvc@beautiemporium.com and we will assist you in getting resolution.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
