Do you offer curbside pickup?

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer curbside services. Alll orders are shipped directly to you via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

    • It takes 2-3 days for us to process and prepare your order for the carrier. From there it will be an additional 3-5 days for your order arrives to your doorstep.

 

Will I be notified when my order has shipped out?

    • Yes, we will send you an email notifying of the shipment and provide you the tracking number so you can track the shipment until it is delivered.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

    • We accept all credit and debit cards that carry the Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover logos. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, and Apple & Google pay.

 

What if something is wrong with my order? Do you accept returns? Exchanges?

    • You can return most anything you purchase from our store but unfortunately, some items have additional mfg. restrictions or time sensitive requirements.
